WHAT WE DO
The YMCA Foundation is integral to funding of critical programs and capital projects. Since the inception in 2003, the Foundation has contributed nearly $25M to improve the lives of McLean County residents. These programs and projects include:
- 2007 - $128,000 to support HVAC capital projects
- 2009 - $18,000 to support programming equipment needs
- 2010 - $33,000 to support youth scholarships to ensure no child is denied services
- 2013 - $26,000 to support youth scholarships to ensure no child is denied services
- 2014 - $48,000 to support youth scholarships to ensure no child is denied services
- 2017 - $30,000 to support feasibility and market studies for facility expansion
- 2018 - $85,000 to support campaign consulting services for facility expansion
- 2021 – 2023 - $24.5M to support the development and construction of a new facility
- 2025 - $22,000 to support the development of a Foundation website and marketing materials
